Archives / Underwriting

Preserves, maintains, makes available, and displays materials from the Robb Archives; oversees the Trust's annual Underwriting; and, nominates a graduate assistant, in consultation with UNM Music.

Fundraising and Stewardship (est. 2026)

Designs and implements fundraising plans (annual and long term); responds to all donations with personal notes, phone calls, and letters; develops a Stewardship plan for major donors to the Trust; works with potential consultants for wider fundraising initiatives; and, develops a case statement for all fundraising initiatives.

Nominating

Presents candidates for election to the board; interviews and recruits prospective officer nominees; makes recommendations for nominations of honorary members; and, formulates and presents a Trust Board of Directors Profile detailing strengths, demographics, and skills needed relative to recruiting new Directors.

Performance / Education

Approves, recommends, and oversees editing works of John Donald Robb to be performed, produced, and/or published; assures the Robb Collections are accessible to educational institutions and others when appropriate through methods such as performance, demonstration, or lecture; and, develops and implements education outreach programs.
