Robb Moog Synthesizer in Concert

John Donald Robb's Moog Synthesizer was featured in Musica Post-Apocalyptica, an Oct. 6, 2013 concert on the UNM campus. 

The program included the premier of two Chupper commissions by Marisa Demarco and Sean Kennedy, along with Martian Funk (Chupper pit band). Both compositions, including a saxophone solo by Micah Hood, featured Robb's ARP 2600 and Moog Modular classic analog synthesizers.

The Chuppers, created and facilitated by Manny Rettinger, are musical instruments that combine old and new technology, including audio processors, speakers, synthesizers, computers, microphones, phonograph horns, traditional and non-traditional instruments.
